  3. Pricing and business models: The revenue model you select is the implementation of your business model, which we help you define. For startups especially, one of the hardest decisions to make is how to price a product or service. There are several alternatives from giving the product away for free to charging what the market will bear.
  4. Business management: We coach executive teams in all aspects of overseeing and supervising business operations. Interim management is also an option.
